White House brass to meet with key NCAA officials

The meeting with Education Secretary (who at one time played basketball for Harvard) Arnie Duncan and commissioners of the Power Five conferences will be convening sometime later this week in Washington.  The purpose will hopefully be to discuss the current state of the NCAA and what steps could be taken to (maybe) make things better:

Things like extra incentives for students who decide to play sports, issues related to concussions, and saving lesser revenue sports from becoming extinct could be the pressing subjects at the meeting, but no official word has been released on when or where the meeting will take place.
