HUGE UPSET: UAB shocks Iowa State

A 14 has upset a 3, in the KFC Yum! Center in Lousville.

UAB’s rebounding was simply huge against Iowa State.

Obviously, I won’t have a perfect bracket this year.

But I still have a chance to win big in the end.

Notre Dame won the first game over a hungry Northeastern squad from Boston in the CAA, 69-65 in Pittsburgh, even though the Fighting Irish only made a season low 2 three-point baskets.

Finally, talk about a gamer–as Georgia State head coach Ron Hunter used a portable chair/go-cart to get into Jacksonville and coach his Panthers using a typical office chair that I normally use to type messages like this.

At least, they are hanging tough with Baylor in another 3-14 matchup.

More updates to come later.
